Both Home Lea House and Dolphin Manor are to be refurbished as part of a wider scheme to fund dignity improvements and increased respite capacity at older people's care homes across Leeds.

The work will be funded in part by a grant from the Department of Health with the majority of capital coming from the sale of the Breece Holiday Home.

In addition to the refurbishment works, Home Lea House will also be equipped with a new respite suite.
