Drug driver was three times over the limit for cannabis when police stopped him for speeding in Morley
and live on Freeview channel 276
Officers stopped Mohammed Miah on Wide Lane, Morley, when they became concerned about his driving.
Leeds Crown Court heard the incident took place at 11.40pm on April 20 this year.

Hide AdThe officers became suspicious as their was a strong smell of cannabis coming from the vehicle and the defendant was tested for the class B drug.
The court heard the roadside test showed Miah to be three times over the legal limit for cannabis.
Miah, of Chiselhurst Place, Bradford, pleaded guilty to being over the proscribed limit for cannabis, possession of cannabis and possession of cocaine.
He has a previous conviction for possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

Hide AdShufquat Khan, mitigating, said Miah had just lost his job working in a restaurant at the time of the incident due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Mr Khan said: "He was in a bad place at the time."
Miah was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.
He was ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
