Then on August 4, he went back for a third time and stole bottles of spirits worth £40.
Green, of Holborn Gardens, Woodhouse, admitted the first two charges of burglary, and was found guilty of the third break-in after a trial at Leeds Magistrates’ Court.
In addition, he was found guilty of breaking into the The Library pub on Woodhouse Lane on August 4 with an intent to steal.

Hide AdHe admitted breaking into the Hyde Park Hotel on Headingley Lane on August 16 and stealing bottle of spirits.
Green also admitted stealing £75 worth of spirits from Co-op on Cardigan Lane on August 3, wine worth £28 from One Stop on August August 17, and the returned to the shop four days later and stole £62 worth of cheese.
Finally, he admitted possession of crack cocaine and failing to provide a sample to ascertain if he had drugs in his system.
He was jailed for 10 months in total and told to pay £187 in costs.
