Mateusz Klich's latest Covid-19 test rules him out of Poland's Andorra game and England reunion with Leeds United team-mate Kalvin Phillips
Polish outlet Meczyki say Klich's second positive test of the week, which sandwiched a negative test, has been confirmed by Polish national team press spokesman Jakub Kwiatkowski.
The test was taken on Thursday as Klich sat out of Poland s 3-3 draw in Hungary at the outset of World Cup Qualifying. Klich was already isolating, despite his initial positive test being followed by a negative, and this latest positive means he will definitely be unavailable for Poland's next two games.

Leeds are not in action again until Saturday April 3 when they host Sheffield United at Elland Road.
A number of whites have missed action through the virus already this season, including record signing Rodrigo, goalkeeper Illan Meslier. Captain Liam Cooper was unavailable for Leeds' final two games before the international break and Scotland boss Steve Clarke revealed the centre-half was not available for their first two World Cup Qualifying fixtures.
Klich has recently been struggling with a hip problem and admitted to the Polish press that tiredness had crept in after an intense period of games for club and country.

"I started two matches on the bench. Over the last three years I have 'loaded' some of these [international] meetings, and I have not had any holidays.
"Fortunately, I was avoiding more serious injuries, but minor ones started to happen to me. From overload, from intensity. My joints don't hurt yet, I'm only 30 years old, but something hurt.
"At the club, we also train very hard between meetings, so it's hard to regain freshness. I hope to catch my breath, because I have the best matches when I am physically prepared."
